I spent 1 night here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is newly remodeled with incredibly nice staff who impressed me with their customer service. The location is fantastic, close to downtown restaurants and shops, as well as the beach and downtown area.

Modern unit with 2 huge beds. A patio and free wireless internet in the bedroom. All in all particularly good setting really close to boardwalk, and stores outside of the Boardwalk. Also, next to the river.

I loved staying here; everything felt fresh and new. The room was really spacious and had two large comfortable beds. I liked that it had central heating and convenient amenities like an iron, ironing board, and coffee maker. The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of the iconic seaside pier, the Boardwalk, cozy beds, and a variety of restaurants.

The breakfast served on the patio was wonderful, and the rooms here have been recently renovated and are spacious with two large beds.

There were Wi-Fi and coffee in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The bed was extremely comfy & the staff there were accommodating.

Whenever we're in town, we always end up staying at this place. It's super clean 🧼, has a cool modern vibe, and the staff are top-notch in making sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. Plus, you can't beat the awesome location.

The room got a nice facelift recently, equipped with all you need like cable TV, a microwave, and a fridge. The bed was so comfy, had the best night's sleep ever!

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice and accommodating, which really impressed me. The room was recently upgraded and included WiFi and coffee as shown in the advertising. The place was fairly clean.

the location was good and stunning for exploring santa cruz. tried some takeout specials at surf city grill, luckily it was at a short distance from the venue.

We had a fantastic stay at Super 8! Our purpose was to enjoy a beach vacation and our stay lasted for a week. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to Downtown for dining and dancing. The manageress was extremely helpful with recommendations and even taught us how to use the waffle maker at breakfast. The room was clean, modern, warm, and quiet, with a comfortable bed. We loved the modernized bathroom and the quick access to the Boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!
